The Jimmy Jib is a light modular aluminium crane
that offers a range of lenght from 9 to 30 ft with
a remote control pan and tilt head unit for cameras
of up to 22 Kg..

The system will support lightweight 35mm film
cameras with 120m loads, almost all 16mm
cameras and all broadcast video cameras giving
complete pan, tilt, focus, zoom. Film cameras
generally require a remote focus system
(Genio, LCS, Scorpio) and/or extension cables for
your lens control system and film start stop control
from your camera supplier.

We operate the crane and the camera with total
control of the iris, focus, and zoom (video cameras only)
via hand controls located at the short (weighted)
end of the Jib - for film cameras we can supply
Scorpio Focus radio controls and motors. The Jib can also be
swung by one person and the camera controlled
with joystick, pan bar or wheel controls by another
operator.
